Genuine leather is a natural and organic product.
When necessary clean the belt by applying a damp cloth to the surface of the leather to remove dust or dirt.
If using a store bought leather cleaner or conditioner please ensure that you follow the manufacturer’s instructions. Always test on inconspicuous areas before applying to the rest of the belt.
Quality leather conditioners may contain fats and oils that will keep the leather belt supple and lustrous. Avoid using products that contain petroleum or mineral oils as these may dry out the leather.
Do not leave the belt in direct sunlight for an extended period of time as this may cause fading, discolouration or sun spots.
When not in use, store the belt flat/hanging. This reduces the development of puckering.
Store in a moderate environment (i.e. not overly humid or dry).
